True to its etymology, Intermezzo is a studio that embraces the idea of an interlude: a moment of pause, transition, and reflection. Just as an intermezzo in music or theater creates a space between two acts, the studio exists as a place where raw materials transform into thoughtful, tactile objects, balancing tradition and modernity.

Intermezzo was founded with the desire to slow down and rediscover the beauty of craftsmanship in its purest form. Created with the philosophy of pause and transition, the studio explores the space between art and function through the language of ceramics. Each creation becomes a dialogue between material and maker, reflecting an appreciation for texture, silence, and the imperfect rhythms of the handmade.
